Saving a concept set from a comparison - guidance needed

The process of creating a new concept set from a comparison is not obvious. When utilizing this feature, it will create a new concept set based on the selection of facets from the data table produced by performing the comparison.

Let's add some guidance to this page so that users know what's happening in this portion of the application.

I definitely agree the UI for new conceptset from comparison is not obvious and should be improved in ATLAS 3.0. For ATLAS 2.8, better documentation is sufficient of current function.
