[18.0] helpdesk_mgmt_timesheet not published on Odoo Apps Store

Describe the bug

The module is available on the 18.0 branch of this repository, but it does not
appear on the Odoo Apps Store (apps.odoo.com) when searching for version 18.0.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 18.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/18.0/helpdesk_mgmt_timesheet
2. The module is not found / not listed for v18.

Expected behavior
The module should be published and available on the Odoo Apps Store for version 18.0,
as it has been successfully migrated and merged into the 18.0 branch.

Confirm can't find 18.0 version on official Odoo store

Maybe can be added in v17 too
