Create documentation for installing birms

@bdgcoder after we installed laravel and new birms on new server, we had some problem.

For future, do you want to create help document with instructions for how to install new birms? over time you might forget little instruction and configuration file.

Installation new birms

How to install new birms on new server base on ubuntu 16.04. This installation requirement is based on basic needs in the development of existing BIRMS applications with applications that are being developed to run well on the same server.
The BIRMS application only runs on php 5.6.x and New birms uses laravel as the base framework and selected laravel 5.4 which can still run on php 5.6.x.

BIRMS Application Needs must follow the following requirements:

• Apache2
• PHP 5.6.x
• Mysql 5.6

The requirement must follow basic laravel 5.4:

• PHP >= 5.6.4
• OpenSSL PHP Extension
• PDO PHP Extension
• Mbstring PHP Extension
• Tokenizer PHP Extension
• XML PHP Extension

After that copy all the source files of new birms in the desired folder example:
/home/titan/[appname] . Next make sure

• changed group of your folder to apache group sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /home/titan/[appname]

• created new apache configuration file under /etc/apache2/sites-available/laravel.conf

• in this file you need to enable .htaccess override for the folder where u have the files (AllowOverride All), i also put separate error and access logs for laravel site and server name is currently the ip of the server

After save file to laravel.conf do command:

sudo a2dissite 000-default.conf
sudo a2ensite laravel.conf
sudo a2enmod rewrite
