MasonInstallAll: support mason-tool-installer plugin

MasonInstallAll currently only supports lspconfig, nvim-lint, conform.nvim. It could support the mason-tool-installer plugin by simply running MasonToolsInstall if the plugin is installed.

You can configure an "ensure_installed" list of mason packages. The MasonToolsInstall command installs the packages in the list (the plugin allows automatic install/update on start up, but that can be disabled).

AFAIK you can't specify a list of packages to install when you run MasonInstallAll. It installs the packages required by the 3 plugins it currently supports (lspconfig, nvim-lint, conform.nvim). Those plugins don't allow listing arbitrary mason packages like mason-tool-installer does.

In my case, for example, I use mason-tool-installer to install stylua and tree-sitter-cli. Currently I need to run both MasonInstallAll and MasonToolsInstall to install all my required mason packages. It would be nice if I only needed to run MasonInstallAll.

Actually :h nvui.mason as stated in the README. Thanks, that's interesting and can be useful. But mason-tool-installer has other features (e.g. locking versions, upgrades), and according to many it's the standard way to install arbitrary packages. So, since MasonInstallAll already supports those other 3 plugins, and it's easy to add support for this one, I still think it would be nice to support it.
