Import talents for some classes resulting in unspent talent points

When importing talents from sites like wowhead for some classes (rogue, mage, etc.), the import resulted in some unspent talent points and thus cannot use the imported talent AsIs. Attempting to fill in the missing points on the same loadout also fails.

Tried the same import without Talent Loadout Manager and the import was successful, suggesting the issue is with TalentLodoutManager.

I ran into this problem with Rogue and Mage talent import 2 weeks ago and was able to work around it by deleting all current talent loadouts, including all Blizzard base loadouts, and restarting everything from scratch. However, now I am running into this issue again with Priest and DK talents and restarting is not working. Import always leaves some talents unused and thus fail loading the new talent loadout.

After more testing, I noticed this seems to be related to having parent loadouts created during early access days. If you try to import new loadouts into parent loadouts that were created during early access period, it goes into this messy state and even deleting everything and start over doesn't fix it.

However, I've found a workaround:

1. Delete everything (all parent and child loadouts)
2. Load Blizzard's Starter Build. This will force a loadout that has no unspent talents and is usable.
3. Now use "Create" button in Talent Loadout Manager pane to create a dummy loadout.
4. Click on the dummy loadout, this will create a new parent loadout called "TalentLoadoutManager" with the dummy loadout from step 3 above under it as the child loadout.
5. Now you can import new loadouts and it will work. You can also create new parent loadouts and that will work, too.

Don't know why this works, but it does. I'm not gonna close the issue in case the author wants to look into it. However, I'm also OK if the author wants to close it as "Won't Fix" since a workaround exists.
