Failed to map CK executable into memory

I have an issue generating a lip file for Fallout 4, using a command like this:

FaceFXWrapper.exe Fallout4 USEnglish ./FonixData.cdf ./voice.wav ./voice_r.wav ./voice.lip "It was no big deal."

I get this error:

Failed to map CK executable into memory

Generating for Skyrim, however, works well, like so:

FaceFXWrapper.exe Skyrim USEnglish ./FonixData.cdf ./voice.wav ./voice_r.wav ./voice.lip "It was no big deal."
(Only changed "Fallout4" to "Skyrim")

I also have this issue. i do not have Skyrim installed so I can't test with that. If it's related, I wanted to use FaceFXWrapper because the 32 bit CK fails to open at all.
