[Multiplayer] Players that join late do not have proxycolors networked. #1

I can't actually test if this is an issue, but looking at the code I am 100% sure this happens.

I'm not sure how to properly implement a hook for players that just joined to receive the proxy colors, so this is something I can not fix on my own.
