Game install lookup shouldn't recommend setting up deep link feature anymore

The deep link is registered automatically at startup for the last launched CVR client now instead of requiring an admin prompt & being optional.

If the deep link is not found then we can almost guarantee that either:

• The user has never launched CVR or has uninstalled
• Their system does not support it properly

The error message & I believe the GUI explain how to setup deep links in the implementation menu. This is no longer needed.
