Provide visibility and accessible .csv download of CHaMP_Sites and CHaMP_Visits tables

Provide ability to download attributes from CHaMP_Visits and CHaMP_Sites tables. I'm not sure of the best visibility of this information (e.g. controlled by main list or just available as option from main menu. An example use case for this is that the 'tag' attributes in CHaMP_Visits aren't accessible as a .csv format (example tags would be 'primary visit, AEM, HasFishData, etc). The visit list can be downloaded from cm.org, but it's a year by year format.

WE only have access to what's availabled on the API. @volkcj can you provide a bullet list of the API attributes that you want. We need the API URL and the attribute name. So the hitch name for a visit would be:

• hitchName at https://api.champmonitoring.org/api/v1/visits/1570

Probably best if you build the list because you know what you're looking for

Actually--I'm just talking about a grid/.csv accessible download of what's ALREADY in these workbench table.
