Update metrics in schemas

This issue contains schema updates. This can be assigned to CV, depending on prefered method of updates:

• Remove topo-aux and aux metrics from QA -Topo Visit Metrics

• change SlowWaterSC_Pct from QA - Topo Channel Metrics to QA - Topo Visit Metrics.
