Make a selactable and configurable control for which compiler to use.

This would be added to the TestBench program properties dialog.
When you e.g. is working with 3.2 character mode code this would come in handy.

The ProgramSetup dialog has been changed so that both which compiler to use and its options can be setted.
However, it has not yet been fully exploited in the TestBench program as it is a bit unclear how the Runprogram string should look like.
So a bit more work is needed for this to fully work.

The program dialog was changed to both have a form to enter the full path to the compiler, and another form for compiler options. This should now work for any compiler, as suggested by Marco.
