[Bug] Frame preview renders as solid color block when importing some video file.

Describe the bug
Frame preview renders as solid color block when importing some video file.
But imported frames are displayed correctly in the editor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Import the attached avi file
2. Select FFmpeg importer.

Expected behavior
The video frames should be displayed.
