I have noticed that the head tracking only starts working when you have a sound on.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce, including the exact command (e.g. sony-head-tracker.exe bridge --port 4242).
- Start sony head tracker as usual
- connect ULT WEAR
- Repair tracker
- play sound (i used spotify)
- now tracking works
- Turn off sound - works normally
Expected behaviour
Tracking to work without having a sound first
Environment
- Windows version (e.g. Windows 11 23H2, build 22631):
25H2
- Sony headset model and firmware version:
- ULT WEAR
- How paired (Windows Bluetooth settings / Sony app):
Bluetooth

sony-head-tracker.exe dump --seconds 5
- The Discovery/permission log shown in the GUI details pane.
