[Feature Request] Add "Force Download" or "Download Now/Next" Button to Queued Downloads

Sometimes I see a file in the queue that's waiting, and I want to force it to download immediately, or at least be the very next one to be downloaded when one of the currently downloading tracks rolls out of Active queue. Image to illustrate where the button(s) might go.

Come to think of it, something like handles, like Steam has in their download queue in Steam, where you can move things up and down, dropping them where you want them to be.

There's also the way sabNZBD allows you to affect downloads with a dropdown menu.
