Feature: Search and download better versions of media across the library #1189

Description

Problem

Currently, it is possible to use "Enhance Quality" for individual artists, but there is no way to run this process across the entire library.

This would be particularly useful when existing media files have been damaged or degraded by an external tool. For example, I have a large number of .m4a files that were corrupted by a file conversion tool, and I would like to automatically search for and download better/clean versions of those tracks.

Current limitations
"Enhance Quality" can only be triggered for individual artists.
Downloaded files from the enhancement process are not automatically imported into the library.
Even when attempting a manual import, the newly downloaded files are not correctly recognized/imported.
There is no way to run a quality upgrade/search across the entire library.
Proposed feature

Add an option to search the entire library for better versions of existing media.

Ideally, the feature would:

Scan the entire library (or a selected subset).
Identify media for which a better version is available.
Search the configured sources for higher-quality or replacement versions.
Download the selected replacements.
Automatically match and import the downloaded files, replacing the existing versions when appropriate.
Preserve the existing metadata, organization, and library structure.

It would also be useful to have the option to restrict the search to specific formats or quality criteria. For example:

Search my entire library for better versions of .m4a files and replace the existing files when a valid replacement is found.

Use case

In my case, an external file conversion tool corrupted a significant portion of my audio library, particularly .m4a files.

Being able to run a library-wide "Enhance Quality" / "Find Better Version" operation would allow me to automatically find and redownload the affected files instead of having to process each artist individually.

This would also make the current "Enhance Quality" functionality much more useful for maintaining and repairing an existing library.
