inference of cosmological parameters / r-inference

A full CMB analysis usually results in estimating cosmological parameters. delensalot in its current state depends on external pipeline to do so. I think that it should be part of delensalots pipeline.

I am thinking of a simple integration to either cosmopower, cobaya, or the like. This would include a linking of the reconstructed estimates to the MCMC tool.

Similar, we could implement our own r-inference. This could be done similar to what we did with PICO, with CMB-S4, or by inferring r directly from the data P(r|d)

While this is not necessarily needed for delensalot, it would be a nice feature and I think it is a low hanging fruit.
