Refine title for cloud-native scope

Title was 'Detecting Riparian and Inland Floodplain Transitions' (DRIFT backronym). Replaced with 'Delineations of Change from Cloud-Native Rasters' — better reflects the package's actual scope (any classified raster from STAC catalogs, not just floodplains) and matches how drift is being used across riparian, forest, and general land cover analyses.

No version bump — adding metadata files / refining title doesn't change package behavior.

Triggers .github/workflows/update-citation-cff.yaml — workflow should regenerate CITATION.cff with the new title and push back as github-actions[bot].
