Tiered EAP Access Levels #243

Description

@robertqin86

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the neur platform's EAP access program requires a payment of 1 SOL for unlimited access with no rate limits. As the platform scales and the volume of user requests increases, 1 SOL may not be sufficient to cover operational costs (e.g., API usage). Additionally, 1 SOL may be too high a barrier for new users to try the platform’s key features.

Describe the solution you'd like
There are proposals within the team implementing tiered access levels with different price points for the EAP program. Each tier would provide users with varying access to platform features based on their payment, helping balance operational costs and accessibility for users.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative is implementing a subscription-based payment model via credit card. However, as an open-source developer contributing to this project, I do not have authority or involvement in the decision-making process for the core team's approach to implementing payment models. The legal and financial setup, including payment gateways and subscriptions, is outside the scope of my role and responsibilities.

Additional context
I am creating this issue to suggest a potential solution to the current limitations of the EAP model. Any further decisions regarding the payment structure, including the implementation of a credit card-based model, will be made by the Neur creators.

Disclaimer

I take no liability for the implementation or rollout of any proposed changes to the payment model, nor do I have any responsibility for financial transactions or affairs. Any financial or payment-related aspects are restricted to the beta tests and are solely the responsibility of the core development team and Neur creators. This proposal is intended solely for discussion and should not be considered a commitment or action item for production deployment.
