About Us

Your applications are shaping the future of your community and they rely on your network. That’s why we provide a variety of high-performance services, including worry-free internet and inter-site networks, co-location, application hosting, and more.

Anchored to the University System, we started out by providing stable broadband and related services to large Higher Education institutions across New Hampshire. Now we’re providing virtually unlimited bandwidth to all USNH institutions and a number of non-profits across the state. Our team excels in collaborating beyond New Hampshire by leveraging partnerships with our sister institutions in neighboring states providing multiple diverse connections to the internet, Internet2, and InCommon.

Keeping in-house staff up-to-date on the newest technologies while maintaining your network of hundreds – possibly thousands – of devices is no easy task. Our services frees your staff to concentrate on their primary IT duties, rather than using their time working with large telecom providers.

You need an ISP that treats you like a colleague. We work transparently to provide top-notch services to and anticipate the needs of our partners. By incorporating advanced network, security, and cloud expertise, our capacity to solve technical problems through a deep diagnostic toolkit effects rapid-recovery from service disruptions and improves performance of your applications.

Like you, we understand the value of appropriate financial stewardship. We measure our success based on that of our partners; as a not-for-profit we only focus on our bottom line in the context of sustaining a stable organization that provides consistent service and is fair to all partners.
