[BUG] app doesnt run in my Windows 11

Describe the bug
when I try to run the exes all of then get stuck with white screen.

I already try multiple solutions:

• run it as admin.
• added them in the Anti virus expections.
• run it in a compatibility mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the win32 file
2. Click on WARP, WARP_bench or WARP_console
3. See how they stuck in white screen.
