When the frame rate argument of the make_video function is set to a power of 2 (tested for 2, 4, 8, 16, 32) the resulting video has a blank green screen or similar. This issue can be replicated for instance with the beh_and_dff.py example.
Setting the frame rate to e.g. 8.1 fps does not result in this problem.
