Updating deepfly package to accommodate new changes in DeepFly3D

import names have changed and should be updated in utils_video accordingly

I addressed this issue in the branch replace-deepfly. I have tested the changes in the past, and it was working fine, but if you plan to use it, more rigorous testing might be needed. Then, we can merge the branch into main.
