Long migrations with no limit of cycles (implementation advice)

ChatGPT invented a way to migrate big tables, overcoming the problem of limit of cycles.

Spoiler: It uses an additional "migrator" canister to do the work.

I've implemented it with Codex, but I have a problem. Before even reading code, I want to test, but I have:
