Remove `temperature and degradation.json`?

Is temperature and degradation.json being used anywhere important?
I see one instance here:
https://github.com/NREL/PVDegradationTools/blob/fd0dd624ac072554749b9769ba0ffcafb9f87f20/tutorials_and_tools/tutorials_and_tools/Scenario%20-%20Temperatrure.ipynb#L217
which I think creates the file to demonstrate to users how to copy a scenario, but perhaps this could be updated so that we don't have to keep a pre-existing file in the repo
