Geothermal Heat Pump Follow-up Issues

The issues that haven't been resolved in #1878 :

• Check results with E+ bugfix in OS 3.10: Flow rate bugfix for Coil:Heating/Cooling:WaterToAirHeatPump:VariableSpeedEquationFit EnergyPlus#11005
• Allow desuperheater with "experimental" geothermal models with OS 3.10: Allow water heater desuperheater with Coil:Cooling:WaterToAirHeatPump:VariableSpeedEquationFit EnergyPlus#10945 Allow desuperheater w/ experimental GHP #2124
• Use gross SHR, remove SHR user input
• Reconcile difference between standard & experimental models. It might be ~20% difference for a single speed GHP with identical inputs? Ideally we would go forward with the better model and not support both.
• Resolve E+ error for low ground conductivity test files: Ground side water temperature being too low/high. Probably only affects the experimental model.
• Add capacity net to gross conversion
• Replace hardcoded bypass factors and curves in HVAC sizing for standard GHP models
• Remove pump mass flow rate EMS for var speed system if E+ issue Pump mass flow rate for Coil:Heating(or Cooling):WaterToAirHeatPump:VariableSpeedEquationFit EnergyPlus#10936 get fixed, and check the two speed system fwf performance curve input/output to make sure the pump is running at a constant flow rate for part of a timestep.
