Allow energy/hot water use inputs as alternatives for appliances, etc.

For individual appliances and water fixtures, allow inputs for kWh/yr and gpd (or similar) as an alternative to detailed EnergyGuide inputs. Essentially going the same approach as we recently took for lighting.
