Allowing template files to have .yaml ending

I created some template files using the .yaml ending and they are not correctly parsed by buildingmotif. .yaml is a correct extension for yaml files, and should be parsed by buildingmotif

Hi @lazlop, are you able to provide a file which isn't working and how you are trying to load it?

templates.yaml
I have a directory named "templates" with this file in it. If I run

bm = BuildingMOTIF("sqlite://")
templates = Library.load(directory='templates')

then templates will be empty. I do not get an error, but my template has not loaded.

If the file is renamed to templates.yml, the template within that file loads.
