Create a provisioning feature with required p2 bundles. Also create a model with abstract and helper classes which would provide Web UI similar in functionality to Eclipse provisioning UI:

The classes shall support marking of installed features with specified properties and displaying only features installed by a particular instance of provisioner, e.g. in WebTest Hub application owners shall be able to install/update/uninstall UI-driver and test bundles specific for their applications and shall not see bundles installed for other applications.
