Attributes loading strategies in JavaScript API

Currently all attributes are loaded eagerly unless they are private. Add support for lazy loading of attributes similar to references. It may be useful for large size attributes, such as images or scripts, and/or many attributes, e.g. long lists of strings.

Attributes may be assigned multiple fetch-groups.
