If ppl have a existing repo, can ppl add them here, following the whitepaper and public discussion workflow? If not , would it be considered to add to the docs?

Hey @jason1015-coder - if you have an existing project then absolutely. If you are looking for a home for your project under the Nano Collective then this is definitely something we'd be open to. Of course feel free to open a PR with the whitepaper, link to the existing and what you're hoping to do with it under the collective :)
