Acceptance criteria

• Begin at the public well-known document or llms.txt, without private maintainer guidance.
• Prepare wallet readiness; inspect economics and risk; create or inspect a competition; fund or plan a claim; obtain an x402 quote or BYO-proof plan; submit; finalize; and inspect settlement or refund state.
• Exercise one failure and recover using the published machine-readable fallback.
• Record every ambiguous state, unnecessary step, missing fallback, and unreadable error with timestamps and redacted evidence.
• Add deterministic docs/API/MCP regression coverage for each accepted usability defect.
• Bind the transcript and artifacts to eebe59e791d5502c1761aa298855bfdf71719dc6.
• The reviewer must be independent of the implementation author.

Executable verifier

Run the public API, MCP, CLI, Python, or TypeScript flow against the activated Base Sepolia deployment. The transcript must show exact states and canonical event evidence; a maintainer explanation after the fact does not satisfy the unassisted criterion.
