Share targets blog post

Ray (@ramhunte) shared this blog post with me about {targets} that he wrote and I am wondering if we can just write a short blog post to link to his post rather than rewriting everything? I think the earlier we start socializing this package the better off we will be because there is a steep learning curve. @e-perl-NOAA do you think that we should just share it now or wait until we have a reproducible example of using {targets} with FIMS?

@kellijohnson-NOAA I think that we should wait until someone has an example with FIMS specifically. Also, @Bai-Li-NOAA had posted issue #101 which I commented on with some thoughts and caveats that I saw. Regardless, if FIMS were to adopt some sort of recommended format for projects that use FIMS, idk how it would impact how/if {targets} is used.

Sounds good @e-perl-NOAA on waiting until we have a FIMS example. I think we can experiment with this in the case-study repository.
