Revamp FIMS Weekly Template -> move to Monthly

Moving FIMS weekly to a monthly newsletter

List of tasks for the revamp, largely to accommodate not having a dedicated photo section and instead having a weekly project summary to encourage getting information out about what is going on with FIMS. After giving a poll during the monthly Implementation Team Meetings on why people attend those meetings it became very clear that knowing what is going on with each of the micro/sub groups within FIMS is of high interest to individuals. So, in this week's FIMS Weekly I mentioned that the newsletter would be redrafted to accommodate this need for information. This issue will serve as a list of all the things needed for that revamp and some more structural changes that I want.
Please comment on this issue if you have other things that you would like to see in the FIMS Weekly.

• Change to FIMS monthly
• Make it so past FIMS weekly still works despite change to monthly
• Change tag/label to monthly
• Change Photo section to Summary section
• Remove FIMS Weekly banner image
• Change "Three Big Things This Week" to "Big Things This Week"
• Update the "Helpful Resources" to be the links we really want to focus on
• Have calendar embedded instead of list of events
• Decide how to structure the Summary Section
