Standardize Atlantis truth list into ecosystemom long format

get_truth is currently EwE-assumption heavy and will reject Atlantis data. Refactor get_truth type logic to be model-aware or data-driven.

Tasks:

• Detect available types from incoming data.
• Compute only feasible truth products.
• Keep EwE behavior unchanged.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Existing get_truth tests continue passing.
• New Atlantis tests validate no false-required types.
