I would like to update the code in the Compare OM and FIMS section of the vignettes/ewe-ecosim-base-simulation.Rmd vignette from the add-a-demo branch. The current implementation uses custom plotting code based on {ggplot2}, and I would like to replace it with plots generated using {stockplotr}.
In addition to plotting biomass, recruitment, and fishing mortality over time from the EwE operating model (OM) and the FIMS estimation model, I would like to add code that compares catch and survey indices over time, as well as age compositions (sampled observations from the OM and estimates from FIMS).
