Need to advertise the packages

We need to figure out multiple ways to advertise the packages.

• NOAA seminar series library talk
• ecosystem division has a seminar that we could give the same talk to
• Send an email and send it to each of the divisions and to the IEA group. Recently the IEA sent out a newsletter/email about rpath being released.

@kellijohnson-NOAA and @Bai-Li-NOAA I think a first step, low-hanging fruit could be connecting with the Ecosystem Division Director about these packages. I actually keep meaning to connect you both with him. I will set up a meeting with him to get that ball rolling.
