[Developer Issue]: lint the .qmd files

Description

The .qmd files are not consistently formatted. Each of the qmd files should be ran through an automated formatting system. This should also be turned into a GitHub action. I recently was made aware of air which could work here.

Cool, I didn't know about air! It sounds very similar to styler, although faster.

@kellijohnson-NOAA, thanks for suggesting these cleanups.
Air was also new to me. It seems like all FIMS folks should be encouraged to add it to their IDE but it doesn't yet seem like there's a benefit over styler within github actions. One nuance of styling here, however, is that this isn't an R package, so we would need to run styler::style_dir() instead of styler::style_pkg(), which is currently hardwired into the action you get via ghactions4r::use_doc_and_style_r().

Good point @iantaylor-NOAA ! I think we could add something into ghactions4r if we felt like it would be applicable to many quarto projects, for example.
