The AQcGAN project with JHU APL is wrapping up but the AQcGAN code has been delivered. When creating the retro runs lets plan to use it as a training test bed.
Solution
Added capability to use the standard output from ATM for input to AQcGAN. This will lessen the burden for training purposes and we need to ensure that we are outputting all the information that we need.
