Merge the Upload Portal into the main UI

Having these two separately, breaks user experience. Also, the designs have now diverged significantly.
It should be easy to integrate, because the upload portal is a pure javascript application.

Sounds good. I can align the upload portal in style then push to my developer site and link you. I'm very short on time, but AI-tools here should be sufficient for something so simple 👍
