Activity feed: icons, color per activity type, per-type filters #177

Description

@Skytonet2

Summary

The Activity feed is text-heavy and repetitive — hard to scan at a glance because everything looks the same.

Problem

Every activity row is roughly the same shape and color; the eye has to read each one to figure out what kind of event it is. Fatigue sets in quickly.

Expected behavior

  • Icons per activity type — small leading icon that identifies the action (project created, applied, joined event, filed issue, etc.) at a glance.
  • Subtle color accent per type — leading border stripe or icon tint from a small semantic palette (create=green, comment=blue, apply=amber, etc.).
  • Type filters — segmented row above the feed: All · Projects · Builders · Events (and Feedback once Feedback requests: let projects source structured feedback from builders #107 lands).
