I made PRs for both PandoraSDK and LCContent:

• PossibleBIB flag for use in muon colliders PandoraPFAOrg/PandoraSDK#37
• Add BIB hit flagging in CaloHitPrep, options to exclude from clustering steps, recovery algorithm to re-associate  PandoraPFAOrg/LCContent#43

And also one to update MAIAConfig to use them:

• Configure BIB flagging and removal from clustering in Pandora MAIAConfig#44
