✨Add conda recipe to bioconda to make the package installable via conda

Description

Create a conda recipe and submit it to the Bioconda channel. This will allow users to install the package directly using conda install, making it more accessible to the scientific and bioinformatics communities. This is also useful for creating an nf-core module, as they require the tool to be available on conda.

Tasks Checklist

• Create conda recipe. For VueGen, I used grayskull to automatically generate the conda recipe from the pip version.
• Follow the Bioconda tutorial to add the recipe to its GitHub repository and make it available on conda. It's also possible to add the recipe in conda-forge or other proper channels.
