Mute mic while recording non meeting like a youtube lecture or any other websites lecture

Can we have an enhancement where we can mute the mic, only enable system audio capturing
If i am trying to transcribe non meeting video, voice is captured from mic as well as system
Causing repeated words.

Plus can we preserve the audio and give options to re-transcibe using different model
