Integrated Network Monitoring & Automated Lab Testing

Context

Upstream netlab is adding/exploring native Prometheus + Grafana monitoring tool definitions (netlab discussion #3634).

Once this upstream tool support lands in netlab, netlab-ui should support and visualize these monitoring stacks directly inside the UI.

Proposed Features for netlab-gui

1. Embedded Monitoring Dashboards & Metrics

• Auto-Detection: Detect when a lab has prometheus / grafana tools enabled in its topology YAML.
• UI Integration: Embed lightweight Grafana panels or metric status cards directly inside a dedicated Monitoring / Metrics Tab (System metrics, OSPF adjacencies, BGP peer states, packet rates).

2. Automated Lab Testing & Visual Reaction

• Interactive Flapping / Chaos Tests: Add standard test actions in the UI (e.g., "Trigger Link Flap", "Simulate Node Reboot").
• Live Visual Feedback: Correlate test execution timestamps with live telemetry charts in the GUI to easily analyze convergence and route recovery times.
