Properly Containerizing this project will make it easier to selfhost on local system's without much issues.
Docker compose file will be the best option to selfhost this project properly locally and we can use with with https locally with nginx proxy manager reverse proxy setup so will make things better in my opinion and i personally selfhost and use like that so suggesting here.
