Hi,
I am running Scoary 2 (v0.0.15) on a Linux server. The analysis runs smoothly, and the logs indicate "Complete success!", but the overview_plot.svg file is not generated in the output directory.
Consequently, when I try to view the results in app.html (served via python -m http.server), the webpage fails to load the visualization because it cannot find the SVG file.
Environment
OS: Linux CentOS
Scoary Version: 0.0.15
Python Dependencies: kaleido is installed (I have tried 0.2.1 and 0.1.0post1).
