I am getting an uninformative error when I attempt to view the html results: Failed to load overview_plot.svg

Do you have any insight on what could be causing this error?

Did you happen to move the overview.html file out of the directory with the results?

I moved the entire directory from a server to a local computer. The file itself remained in the directory. Is the html file using absolute paths instead of relative paths?

Where do you see this message, in the browser? Is there any other error message in the terminal?

How many phenotypes are you using Scoary2 with?

Does the file named overview_plot.svg exist anywhere in the output directory?

Please send me the log file(s). Can you share your dataset (privately, via email) and the precise command you used so I can reproduce the bug?

Oh, did you run the app like I describe here? If you just open the html file in your file system, it will not work.

Please let me know if that's the issue. I could add a warning to the app if the file is opened like this...
