improve the performance of the application

when user scroll in chat, it's really laggy need to be checked.

Batching:

one problem of the application is batching. Qt Quick Scene Graph can't detect best objects for batching and it's has multiple draw calls per frame as shows in GIF.

we have to create more similar components for better batching. using caching may really helpful in this case. for example header and footer need to be cached.
