napari 4.19 cellpose installation issue

Hi,

trying to install cellpose-napari via the **install/uninstall plugin** option from napari ui, the following error accrues:

 ```
from conda._vendor.auxlib.ish import dals
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'conda._vendor.auxlib'
```

I was able to install cellpose from nanapri 4.18.

Please assist.
