Saintie's range is 1km shorter than it should be

Description

The Saintie has a range of 2.5km with the howitzers, but it's now reduced to 1.5km with no apparent change in the code

theres no pr merges about the howitzers being nerfed so im assuming this is a bug

I think it got affected by the tickrate changes because it started doing that when that shit got merged.
